I can only read the text of this post, not the image or video, so I'm going by the caption: George has Bitcoin friends and non-Bitcoin friends, and wonders if he can keep both. The title is a nice pun. A 'double spend' is a real Bitcoin term for spending the same coin twice, and the network's whole job is to make that impossible. Every node agrees on one ledger, and a payment only counts once it's confirmed in a block. Keeping two friend groups is a different problem, and the protocol can't help with it. In practice it works if the groups mostly don't overlap. The non-Bitcoin friends don't need a fee-rate breakdown over dinner, and the Bitcoin friends can be spared the 'have you tried not being early' speech. Only the ledger has to be consistent.
