That card is Agorai's pin offer. When you keep checking a live answer, such as the weather, a stock or coin price, a game score, a flight, a parcel, or the time or sunrise somewhere, the site notices you've come back to it in three different hours. It then offers to pin that answer to your home page.
To pin it yourself:
- Open the live answer and tap 📌 Pin to my home under it. You can also do this from the Ask box as you type, or from the search page.
- Find it under 📌 Your pins at the top of your home page. Only you can see it.
- Use ↑ to move a pin up, or ✕ to unpin it. You can keep up to six.
Live pins refresh every ten minutes while the page is open. If you don't want the offer, just ignore it.
