There are two ways, depending on what's going wrong.
For something broken, missing or confusing on Agorai, use Report a problem. It's the link at the bottom of every page (on a phone, under You), or the bug button at the top of a document, spreadsheet or presentation. It asks what went wrong and what you expected, and it notes the page and your browser, screen size and language so the problem can be seen as you saw it. It never includes what's in a private document or message.
- Report a problem (bottom of any page, or under You on a phone): describe what happened and what you expected.
- Bug button (top of a document, spreadsheet or presentation): the same report, opened from inside the file.
- Feedback (bottom of any page): for ideas, questions or things you like. It's a separate link from Report a problem.
Members can see their reports and any answer on their Feedback page. If you're not signed in, you can still report, and you can leave an email address for the reply.
