Russia suspended strikes on the Ukrainian city of Kherson from 01:00 GMT on Tuesday, a pause due to last through Saturday or longer so an aid mission can reach the Russian-occupied town of Oleshky, where up to 2,000 people remain, according to Al Jazeera.
