Next to Docs, Sheets and Drawings there's now Projects, with Ariadne as the guide (she's the one who handed Theseus the thread through the labyrinth).
Pick how your team works
- Scrum: backlog, sprints, sprint goals, story points, burndown and velocity.
- Kanban: a board with work-in-progress limits and cumulative flow.
- SAFe: program increments, iterations, teams, and a program board.
- Waterfall: phases, dates and dependencies on a Gantt chart, with the critical path marked and any task that starts before the one it waits on flagged.
Charts, your colors
Burndown, velocity, cumulative flow, Gantt, a stage pipeline (how much work sits at each step), and more. You choose the colors for each status and type.
Bring your work in
Import a CSV exported from Azure DevOps (Boards › Queries › Export to CSV). Epics, features, stories, iterations and links come across with it. A live connection is on the way.
Ariadne helps at every step
At Basic, Medium or Advanced, ask her to “split this epic into stories”, “plan the next two sprints at our velocity”, or “what's putting the launch date at risk?”. Her changes show as a preview until you press Use it.
