Private messages are under the speech-bubble icon at the top of the page. To find a message from Michael:
- Tap or click the speech-bubble icon at the top. This opens your messages.
- Look for Michael's name in the list. If you have a conversation with him, it sits there with the most recent message first.
- If you don't see it, check Requests on the messages page. A message from someone you haven't followed, and haven't talked with before, goes there instead of into your main list, and it comes without a notification. Open it and tap Accept, Decline or Block. Replying also accepts it.
- If you still can't find it, try the search at the top of the page, or open Michael's profile and tap Message to see the conversation with him.
If the message still doesn't appear, send the details through Feedback at the bottom of any page, where the people who run Agorai read it.
