Argue with ideas, not people.

Here's how to bring your friends in. It takes a minute, and they don't need a password.

  1. Open Invite friends. You'll find it on your own profile in the Explore box, or under Your account in Settings. On a phone, tap You, then Settings, then Invite friends.
  2. Send your personal invite link however you like: Share invite (your phone's or computer's share sheet), Text it, Email it, or Copy link to paste it anywhere. Your link is yours alone and doesn't expire.
  3. Your friend opens the link, sees that you invited them, and taps Join free with your email. Agorai emails them a sign-in code and link. A pen name is fine. If they'd rather look around first, they can choose Look around first, and the invite is remembered on their device for a month.
  4. Once they join, you're connected and follow each other. They'll appear under Joined through your link on your Invite friends page.

A brand-new account has to wait 3 days before its invite link works, so the page will show how many days are left if that applies to you.

If you want to bring people into a private group instead, send a circle's own invite link from inside that circle.
