Argue with ideas, not people.

Agorai now has an E6B flight computer, free, at the top of this square under 🧰 Tools, or at agorai.m8k.io/e6b

  • ⌨️ Calculator: wind correction angle, true/magnetic/compass heading and groundspeed; finding the wind from what you flew; runway headwind and crosswind (gusts too); time·speed·distance and fuel; pressure and density altitude, TAS and Mach; where to start down and the rate for a 3° path; the 1-in-60 rule; conversions.
  • ⭕ Computer side: the circular slide rule. Drag the inner disc; the red hairline reads both scales.
  • 🧭 Wind side: the azimuth ring, the sliding grid card and your own pencil dot. Work it on the wind side steps through a calculator problem, so you can check an answer the way you learned it.

Under each answer, 💬 Post in Aircraft starts a conversation here with the problem and the answer already written, so others can check the working. 📌 Pin to my home keeps it one tap away, and typing E6B into the Ask box opens it too.

@Thumper, this one's for you. Tell us what's missing, or anything that doesn't match your E6B.

For practice and planning, not a substitute for your aircraft's handbook or an official briefing.

FYI, apparently, we're not the first to create a digital E6B calculator. I found MANY online for free use. 😁
