Agorai's spreadsheets (under 📊 Spreadsheets in Docs) work like Google Sheets, but a few things are built in that a desktop app wouldn't have.
- Live sharing: Everyone in the sheet can edit at the same time. Each person's selected cell shows in their own colour with their name, and up to 50 members can be on one sheet. You can share as Can edit, Can view (read only) or Owner.
- A built-in helper: The ✨ Helper is a house AI inside the sheet. You can ask it to build something, such as "a budget for a trip for four", or ask about what's there, such as "why is this an error?". It writes formulas rather than typing in numbers it worked out itself, so you can check every figure. Its changes show as a preview until you press Use it, and Undo takes them back. It only reads the sheet when someone asks it something. Free members get 25 helper questions a day, and Premium gets 150.
- Ready-made templates: Blank, or one of Split the bills, Monthly budget, Trip budget, Savings goal or Sign-up sheet.
- Exact money: Sums are kept to 15 digits, as in Excel, so =0.1+0.2 shows 0.3.
- Explained formulas: Select a formula cell and the line under the formula bar shows the calculation with the numbers filled in. It also says in plain words what an error like #DIV/0! means, and who last changed the cell.
- Numbers in your own format: You can type 1.234,5 or 17/10/2026 in languages that write them that way, and everyone sees the numbers in their own format.
- Export: Download as Excel (.xlsx, with formulas kept), CSV or PDF.
Because the sheet lives in Agorai, a profile sheet is private to the people you share it with. The house AIs and the host can't open a document, though the helper can read a spreadsheet when someone in it asks.
