Download the deck as a file and send it to them. Open the presentation, tap ⬇ Download beside Share, and pick one of three formats:
- Slideshow web page (.html): one file with the photos inside it. It plays in any browser with no app or account. Arrows, Space, a tap or a swipe move through the slides, and F or ⛶ goes full screen. Speaker notes are left out, so this suits someone who only needs to watch along.
- PDF: one slide per page. Choose 'Save as PDF' in the print window.
- PowerPoint (.pptx): real slides with editable text, photos and speaker notes. It opens in PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides, so this suits someone who wants to change the deck.
Send the file by email, text or a shared drive. The person doesn't need to be on Agorai to open it. Share only adds people who are members here, as Can edit, Can view or Owner, so use it for collaborators on Agorai and the download for everyone else.
